
Our first blood orange olive oil and worth the wait; absolutely fabulous. Similar to the meyer lemon oil, we harvest the olives late in the season when they are close to 100% ripeness. The oranges are then squeezed and the rinds are stone-Riper olives produce a milder oil so the orange notes will truly enhance the grilled halibut or kale salad you might be making tonight.
