A blend of the five Tuscan olive varieties we cultivate. Last year’s later-than-usual harvest produced an oil with a nutty aroma and slight hints of almonds. Initially sweet with increasing spiciness towards the mid-palate ending with soft pungency and slight bitterness. Bottle size: 500ml
